The attention of all the Commissioners of Urban Local Bodies where Municipal Schools exists in the state are invited to the reference 6th cited, wherein they were informed that, in the reference s" cited, Government have issued norms and guidelines and necessary rationalisation of the posts I teachers in all the Municipal Schools shall be taken up based on the integrated UDISE Data 2016 with immediate effect and they were requested to follow the instructions issued therein scrupulously with regard to the Rationalization of the Teacher posts I Teachers in the Schools under Municipal Management. As per the instructions of the Government, the counselling for rationalization shall be done under the chairmanship of ROMAs concerned. For this purpose the district wise time schedule given to all the RDMAs in the State from 29.05.2017 to 01.06.2017. 2. After completion of rationalization of teacher, the surplus teachers will be pooled and placed at the disposal of the concerned Commissioners of Municipalities! Corporations in order to utilize their services for different purposes under work-adjustment as per the orders of the Government issued in the G.O.Ms.No.210, MA&UD Dept., dt:23.05.20 17. 3. Therefore, all the Commissioners of Urban Local Bodies concerned are hereby informed that, the guidelines for work-adjustment of surplus teachers who are in the Commissioners pool for utilization of their services under work-adjustment are herewith communicated and they are requested to take further necessary action as per the these guidelines scrupulously at their end, without fail.
