In fast changing environment of insurance industry, it is seriously realized that our leaders are finding difficult to handle critical situation and surrender to circumstances, therefore, Rajasthan Chapter has taken initiative to organize a Leadership Learning Programme be at unit / chapter / national level coupled with identification of burning problems of surveyors fraternity and ofcourse aimed to search out their solutions. The Conclave is not only aimed at Present Leaders but also to all surveyors concerned who are deeply aggrieved by present pathetic condition of IIISLA and have zeal to do something for the surveyor community. Saturday 6th April Expert outside Faculty has been invited to address august gathering of delegates to provide enhanced knowledge on leadership Skills, leadership quality, value of office governance and other management treads required to deliver & take effective decisions. Sunday 7th April All desired speakers are assigned a time slot of 10 minutes to deliver their views on burning problems of Surveyor Community certainly with the solutions as conceived by them JURY A three member Jury has been formed of eminent surveyors from different zones to identify the burning problems & their solutions out of the deliberations of our speakers and will release a “White Paper” at the end of the day which will be forwarded to IIISLA Council for taking effective measure to implement the same.
