Dear Member, We are building a walkway to be called The St Marys College Way. It will be located from a new pedestrian entrance to the right of the existing gate and will extend to the flagpoles so it will run almost the full width of the pitch inside the gate. The main feature of this walkway is that it will afford the opportunity for members and supporters of all ages to have their names immortalised in the pathway. For just €10 a month for 25 months members and friends of our great Club can buy a paving brick with their names inscribed thereon. The Trustees, Executive Committee and others have already committed to taking a considerable number and will be joined by many well known rugby internationals past and present. However, it is open to all and we encourage all members to support this initiative. There are many key objectives underpinning this project: • •

It will allow our members and friends to be linked to the Club by way of this permanent testimonial It will improve safety as the pedestrian entrance will be separate from the existing roadway entrance It will raise much needed funds for the Club

• • It is envisaged that there will be various areas for all participants including Mini players and their parents, Women’s Rugby, Junior Rugby, Officers past and present, Presidents, members, friends and sponsors of St Marys College RFC. We enclose the relevant literature (including a form for a once off payment at end January 2018 and another, along with a SO form, for payment by way of €10 per month for 25 months commencing 31 January 2018) and really encourage you to support this project. The deadline for completion and return of all applications is Friday 22 December 2017 but we ask members to submit the paperwork sooner if possible.
