The CATANDUANES STATE UNIVERSITV through the use of GAA FY 2018 intends to aoolv the sum NINE MILLION SD( IIUNDRED NIIIETY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT I{UNDRED EIGHTY EIGIIT PESO-S & 88/100 ONLY Php9.694.888.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract fbr the CONSTRUCTION OF TECHNOIIOGY Bt ILDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instructions to Bidders. 4.

will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures
using non-
discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Act".

Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Catanduanes State University, Main Campus, Calatagan, Virac, Catanduarnes and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below from 9:00 to 11:00AM and 2:fi) to 4:00PM (Monday-Friday).
A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders (with Letter of Intent) from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of in the amount of Php10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Pesos Onlv). Payment shall be made directly to the CSU Cashiering Services.

The Catanduanes State University will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on Aprill0*29.L! (Fridav) at 2:00pm at the CSU Conference Room.2"d Floor" Administration Building. CSU lVlain Campus. Calatagan. Yirac. Catanduanes which shall be open to all prospective bidders.
8. Bids must be delivered to the address stated in ITB Clause 2l on or before Mav 04. 2018 at 2:00pm (Fridav). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.1.
