JBL PRX700 - improved series of portable active speakers Meet the new JBL PRX700 Series of portable speakers that offers significant improvements over the PRX600 - its ancestor All those who are seeking for a portable, lightweight audio system of high performances, now can relieve here is the new JBL's PRX700 Series, to satisfy their needs. The new PRX700 Series is a perfectly good fit for both fixed and mobile installations, so its fields of appliances are quite wide: starting from discotheques, smaller live gigs, clubs, cultural events, theatre shows and so on. After PRX600 Series, JBL has launched the new PRX700 Series, which is its direct successor. It comes with reinforcement in the form of two new, smaller models - the 10" speaker boxes and 15" subwoofer. There is also a strong D class amplifier, and the novelty is that each box has two entrances with the ability for both to work simultaneously. That means that it is possible to directly connect two microphones or microphone and other audio source - without using a mixer. All the fans and users of PRX600 Series, which enjoyed its sound, will love the new PRX700 Series, offering more power (2 x 750 W vs. earlier 2 x 500 W) and a higher maximum sound pressure level, with a new speaker's design, responsible for better sound.
