APPLICATION CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/PAYMENTS: Due to unrecoverable costs incurred by Educational Tours & Travel Corporation (herein "ET") long before our groups ever depart, cancellations will be processed per the following policy. ET reserves the right to decline, accept, cancel, or retain any tour member as a tour participant at any time. ALL REQUESTS FOR CANCELLATION / REQUESTS FOR REFUND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO ET IN WRITING. If you notify us that you wish to cancel your reservation, your right to receive a refund is limited to the amount of the payments received less: A non-refundable processing fee of $260.00; plus any air ticket deposits or penalties; plus show and event ticket deposits or penalties; plus a cancellation charge based upon the number of days before departure your request is received as set forth in the following table: More than 90 days 89 - 65 Days 64 - 30 Days 29 days or less 10% of tour price 25% of tour price 50% of tour price 100% of tour price Installment payments can be made. Initial deposits must be received no later than 120 days before departure with final payments due 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise set forth in this brochure. ET reserves the right to cancel tour participant space for failure to make timely payments. In the event a participant is canceled for failure to remit timely payment ET's standard cancellation penalties will apply. In the event ET, or a Group Leader, cancels a tour participant during the tour, any costs associated with termination of tour participation shall be borne by the participant, and due to the prepaid nature of the tour, no refunds will be available, even for unused tour components or services. Service charge for returned checks is $20.00.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: I acknowledge that there are inherent risks in traveling and touring, and participation in the activities in this tour, and I voluntarily assume these risks. Tour participant/parent acknowledges and understands that: (1) airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers can increase their prices at any time before tickets are issued and that ET has no control over issuance of tickets for tours; (2) these cost increases may be passed along to the tour participant.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The tour itinerary set forth in this brochure is for general descriptive purposes only and is subject to changes by ET or third party providers. ET is not responsible for any changes in tour components or itinerary. No warranties or representations apply to this tour. ET reserves the right to substitute specified transportation, accommodations, or any other tour components with reasonably equivalent or available properties or services. Each tour begins with the air/motorcoach departure from the ET gateway, and ends upon completion of the return of the air/motorcoach back to the ET gateway. For those making their own transportation arrangements, the tour begins upon arrival at the first ET hotel and ends upon departure from the last ET hotel, according to the itinerary; the length of an ET tour does not include stay-ahead or stay-behind option periods. When applicable, ET Travel Coordinator duties while accompanying the group are limited to coordinating the administrative travel details of the tour components arranged by ET. ET is not responsible (in the absence of its own negligence) for personal injury, property damage, or loss of earnings. ET is not responsible for events beyond its control, such as (without limitation) acts of God, war (whether declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, strikes, or government restrictions; or for any event or loss or damage whatsoever caused by persons not controlled by ET, such as (without limitation) the employees of airlines, railways, coach(s) companies, hotels, and sub-contracted agents or tour operators. ET tours may be canceled in the event of instability in a destination country. Cancellation will be based on U.S. State Department travel warnings. ET is not responsible for locating lost property. No responsibility is incurred by ET for loss of passports, airline tickets, or other documents, or for loss of or damage to luggage or any other passenger belongings. In the case of a lost airline ticket, the participant is solely responsible for meeting the airline's requirements (both logistical and financial) for ticket replacement. Tour participants who require special assistance for personal needs should be accompanied by an able companion. ET will send each tour participant a "Welcome Packet" with further details. In the event a "Welcome Packet" is not received, tour participant is responsible to notify ET and request a "Welcome Packet".
