We are in need of someone with a business sense who is willing to dig in to our catalog of products and learn what we do so that you can answer customer questions and knowledgeably process orders. We are an eCommerce distributor of tarps and tarp systems. Position: Customer Service Job Description        

Promptly answering phone calls to assist customers Maintaining relationships with customers (emails, responding to reviews, follow ups, etc.) Learning our catalog / being willing to research what you do not know Process orders online and over the phone Work with our team to share perspectives, concerns, and ideas Add/improve content on the website Communicate with vendors to fulfill orders Occasional packing and shipping

Required Qualifications & Experience:       

Friendly disposition, willing to be patient with customers and strive for 100% satisfaction. Professional and helpful phone/email presence. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access experience huge plus) Multitasking An understanding of business, ecommerce, and the internet. This is NOT the job for you if computers stress you out. Proficient writing, typing, computing, and speaking skills Ability to work independently without constant oversight.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:    

A degree in a business related field is a significant plus. **Experience/Familiarity with trucking, transport, construction, etc. is a huge plus. Experience with Access Bilingual

Salary: TBD Growth potential.

If you prove that you have the business sense to manage more of the company, we are happy to pay you more to do so. However, it still has to start with learning the products, learning the customers, and learning what we do. But this can definitely be a starting point for a career-driven individual looking to expand their business prowess.
