KDOVP Android App Help (Installation & Login) ❖ Points to Note: 1.
KDO VP Application can be accessed only with Email ID (as Login ID) of Member and Password. Please remember it and note down somewhere if you have too many things to remember.
2.
Same Email ID can NOT be used for Other Family Members OR Other Profiles. Every Member need to have their own separate email ID to register and use.
3.
Do NOT apply for registration more than 1 time as more you submit – more confusion and delay.
4.
KDOVP Office will verify data filled in registration by following certain processes which include Calling / Sending Emails etc. Without appropriate response from user, registration will not be done and your application status might be changed to “Hold”. In case more than 1 registration, we have to first “Reject” OR “Cancel” other registration applications and then process it, hence do not panic or get offended. Appropriate reason for action taken would be mentioned in the Comments Section in the system generated mail sent to User.

Those who have forgotten their Login Email ID, take our help (email –
[email protected]). Do NOT Submit New Application as the same will be rejected and deleted.

If you press Forgot Password… Wait… It takes time to Reset. You will get temporary password only after verification of your Login Email ID and Date of Birth (for details visit relevant section of this file).
7.
You don’t have to log out of application at all. It will not ask for password any time during your use.
8.
In case of First Time Login OR Forgot Password OR Change of Login Email ID - Do check you Inbox as well as SPAM or Junk Mail Folder (All Mails). Do mark it as “Safe Sender” OR “Not SPAM Mail”
9.
Always ensure that you are using latest version of KDO VP App for getting best user experience.

Fill all details asked and click on Submit in End. Note: Email and Mobile Number being mentioned should be Active. Email will be your future LOGIN ID. Mobile Number would be used to verify your Profile.

In case email ID mentioned is already present in Database following error will appear and you have to follow process of “Forgot Password”.

Once you verify your Email Address, VP Office will verify your data submitted with their data base and for security purpose they will call you on the number mentioned in the application. Members are requested to fully co-operate and provide necessary information to allow VP office to verify and map profile with Email ID provided (Email ID will be user ID for all future purpose).

KDOVP Android App Help (Installation & Login) 10. Once your profile is mapped as per above step, you will get temporary password in your mapped Email Account. This is automatic process hence do check your Inbox OR Spam / Junk Folder depending on your security settings.
Notes: a) Above Password is temporary password and need to be changed on First Login (refer Next Section of this Document). b) Do remember your Login Email ID and Password for getting uninterrupted services at all time.

Fill Login Email Address with your email id. In Password, Enter your temporary password received in Email from KDO VP.

You will be asked to change temporary password: a) Enter your temporary password once again in Old Password Field. b) Create New Password of your Choice which you can remember and mention it in “New Password” Field. c) ReType New Password created in (b) above in “ReType New Password” Field. d) Click on “Submit”
