PLACEMENT DRIVE FOR KENT Date : 4th Feb. 2017 Company profile: Kent Ro Systems Ltd. is an Indian healthcare products company headquartered in Noida,Uttar Pradesh. It makes water purifiers based on the process of Reverse Osmosis (RO) purification. Over the years the company has diversified into other products such as air purifiers, vegetable and fruit purifiers and water softeners. Kent sells more than 225,000 RO purifiers every year and holds around 40% market share in India.

Sales Executive (Direct Sales) Purpose: Ready to work in a stimulating environment and to face challenges of Direct Selling, having perseverance, determination and willing to sell aggressively. Commit to

vision of the organization and put forward a conscious effort, investing time and energy in person to accept responsibilities and be accountable for the targets assigned. Job responsibilities: a. Responsible for Direct Sales of Ro & small appliances. b. Understanding complete range of products, models, prices, service and keeping himself well informed. c. Setting his sales targets in consultation with his HOD and stay focused to achieve these. d. Undertaking sales promotion in order to complete assigned targets. e. Generating leads of potential customers while undertaking sales promotion activities. f. Approaching such potential customers and converting these into sale. g. Submitting MIS on sales matured, leads followed up and new leads generated to his HOD regularly. Compensation details: INR 15k+ Per month . Preference: Candidates with 2-wheeler will be preferred. Experience: 0-2 years.  Only male students are eligible.

General Information : Decorum must be maintained by the students. Students must be strictly in formals (formal dress code/ tie/ formal shoes/ college ID card).
