Fee's $30.00 Same day activation $35.00 Purchase of New Key Fob ( we do not swap out damaged key fobs for new ones, also please be advised that the limit of keyfobs is two per household.) Owners: Application will be received directly from your property managers. Renters: Please note that you should have the following items with you when you come into the office to purchase a fob for pool access. 1. Lease. 2. Approval from your landlord to purchase a key fob, (form attached) 3. Landlord should provide you a copy of their identification (government issued.) 3. Color Government Issued Identification. 4. $35 dollar cashier’s check or money order to purchase a key fob.

SWIMMING POOL & DECK RULES • No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. • All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. • No food or glass containers are allowed in the pool area. • No alcoholic beverages are allowed in the pool area. • No smoking is allowed in the pool area. • No pets are allowed inside the fenced pool area. • All trash must be properly disposed of using available garbage cans. All remaining articles will be disposed of at the beginning of the next business day. • Minors under the age of 18must be supervised by an adult 18years of age or older. • Radios/boom boxes are not allowed on the swimming deck. • Patio furniture may not be removed or relocated from the swimming deck. • Furniture is provided on a first-come first-serve basis and may not be reserved. • Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times-no street clothes, cut-offs, t-shirts or shear clothing is allowed to be worn in the pool. • Children in regular diapers are not allowed in the pool. Children still in diapers must use swimming pool approved diapers such as "Little Swimmers. • Throwing object into or out of the pool is not allowed. • Small flotation devices and toys are allowed as long as they do not interfere with the enjoyment of other swimmers. No inflatable boats, rafts, or inner tubes are permitted in the pool area. • For your safety, running, jumping, diving, pushing, shoving and any other unruly behavior is not permitted. • Pool furniture is to be used strictly for sitting or lying on at the pool deck. Chairs may not be moved to the pool edge or in the pool. • All bicycles are to be parked outside of the fenced pool area. No skateboarding, skating, bicycling, or ball playing is allowed in the fenced clubhouse area. • No parties are allowed in the pool area, unless approved by Management. • Members shall be responsible for any damage caused by a member, guest or invitees to the swimming pool area.

The Association staff and Board members have full authority to enforce all Rules and Regulations. If you are asked to leave the clubhouse area by any member of the Vizcaya Community Association or Las Terrazas at Vizcaya Condominium Association, board or staff, you must do so. The clubhouse reserves the right to revoke any members' privileges to use the clubhouse if they fail to abide by the rules. You herein understand the Rules and Regulations and accept full liability. GYM RULES: Hours of Operation - 6am to 11pm

• Please wear appropriate shirt and shoes at all times. No Flip-Flops allowed. • No children under the age of 18 allowed on the equipment. • No children under the age of 18 allowed in the gym without adult supervision.

• Do not open doors to the pool, this is an EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY! • Do not open the door to the Gym to anyone who Is not authorized to use the Gym.

• The fitness center Is for the use of residents only and each resident must access the fitness center by using their own access key fob.

• Please Wipe down equipment after you use it. • Please put back dumbbells when you are done. • No glass containers allowed in the Gym. • No food allowed in the Gym. • Use of the fitness center and Gym equipment is at your own risk.
