Lane Cove Cricket Club Lane Cove Cricket Club (LCCC) is the premier cricket club on Sydney’s north shore, boasting the largest number of active playing members of any other club and a rich history dating back to 1893. Going into our 125th year in the 2017/18 season, LCCC will field more than 30 teams in multiple competitions across Sydney, including: – Over 20 junior teams in the North Shore Junior Cricket Association ranging from U/6s to U/17s – 4 seniors teams competing in the Sydney Shires Cricket Association – 1 team in the Sydney Metropolitan Competition (Tim Creer Cup) – 3 Masters teams (over 40s) and 1 Classics team (over 50s) – Saturday morning In2Cricket The seniors play home games at Tantallon Oval on busy Epping Rd and Kingsford Smith Oval in Longueville, whilst the junior teams play all over the northern suburbs – Lindfield, St Ives, Lane Cove, Gordon, Roseville, and Mosman. Most importantly, the Lane Cove Cricket Club community has over 500 committed and engaged members, most of which are high net worth families living in the affluent suburbs of Lane Cove, Longueville, Riverview and Northwood.

Lane Cove Cricket Club Becoming a LCCC sponsor gives you immediate access to 500 local families who become ambassadors for your brand. Each player is given new playing and training gear each season, with major branding opportunities available to give your company valuable exposure in the local area. On Saturdays in summer, you will notice hundreds of kids walking through Lane Cove Village proudly wearing LCCC gear bearing our sponsors’ logos. We have also launched a new website at www.lanecovecricket.com.au which provides another fantastic format to display your brand with Combine that with direct access to the club’s membership database with email newsletters, as well as exposure through LCCC’s Facebook page, and you have everything you need to increase the positive sentiment that local families associate with your brand.

Community Support Lane Cove Cricket Club is very much a family club, catering for cricketers of all ages and abilities and providing fantastic community facilities to enable boys and girls to participate in team sport whilst staying active and healthy. The club and its members are highly committed to supporting the local community, going above and beyond to support our major sponsors and all local businesses who provide assistance to the club. We hold post-match presentations each Saturday where players gather for dinner, as well as a number of social functions throughout the year including a juniors and seniors end of season function at the Longueville Sporting Club. LCCC has been instrumental in developing and maintaining local sporting facilities in the Lane Cove area, having invested significant funds in projects such as the redevelopment of Blackman Park and the floodlights at Tantallon Oval. In exciting news for the club, the local council has approved a redevelopment of the grandstands at both Tantallon Oval and Kingsford Smith Oval, which will mean we have the best facilities in the Shires competition. As a result of funding these developments, and growing costs to hire the ground from the local council, we are seeking additional sponsorship from local businesses who would like to contribute towards this great club as we head into our milestone 125th year in 2018.
