INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE SISFIN PORTAL

FROM THE DISTRICT WEBSITE: STAFF STAFF INFORMATION & WEBSITES SISFIN PORTAL ENTER YOUR UserID AND PASSWORD Enter your entire school email as your userid and your employee # as your Password This will prompt you to change your UserID and Password After you enter your new UserID, click “Update UserID” Click “Continue” After you enter your new Password and Confirm Password, click “Update Password” Click “Continue” GO TO “HOME” (a little house on the left side of screen)

HOME SCREEN FROM THIS SCREEN YOU VIEW: W-4 INFORMATION LEAVE BALANCE (as of the end of the prior month) PAY HISTORY BENEFIT HISTORY DEDUCTION HISTORY LEAVE REQUEST STATUS TO SUBMIT A LEAVE REQUEST Click on “SUBMIT LEAVE REQUEST”

LEAVE REQUEST ENTRY “From Date” mm dd yyyy (example 08 03 2013) it will automatically change fields-you do not have to tab over “To Date” the same way If you are requesting only 1 day, the dates should be the same “Duration” as either 1 (day) or .5 (half day) Do not put in “hours” IGNORE AM/PM? “Type of Leave” – using drop-down, pick the leave you are requesting - If the leave type you need is not there, you will need to let me know so I can enter it into your leave record “Leave Request Routing” – using the drop-down, you will only have the choice of your building IGNORE “Substitute Required” YOU WILL STILL CALL YOUR SECRETARY FOR A SUBSTITUTE “Comments” – you may put an explanation of your request here “Location” – using the drop-down, you will only have the choice of your building IGNORE LEAVE REASON When everything is filled in, click “SUBMIT”

TO PRINT CHECK STUB Go to Portal Enter UserID and Password “View Pay History and W-2’s” On the right side, you will see “print stub” Pick the one you need Your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number The print icon will be in the right-hand bottom corner
