Lennox Teachers Association AWARD APPLICATION

AWARD APPLICATION LTA is offering two $1,000.00 awards. This application is open to seniors (regardless of residency status) who have graduated from LMS and are currently living within the Lennox School District boundaries. Students must be in good standing and will be enrolled in a college/university in the Fall of 2017. Criteria for selecting award candidates will include: academic and leadership achievements. Application deadline is May 5, 2017. Award recipients will be notified in the middle of May 2017. MUST include copy of college/university letter of acceptance. NO EXCEPTIONS. Awards will be presented at your high school’s end-of-the-year award ceremony.
