SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT EXHIBIT A STATEMENT OF WORK 1. Project Description. This work is being performed under the Prime Agreement issued by California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office as under Grant Agreement Numbers 15-080-001 for Telecommunications and Technology Infrastructure Program-North (TTIP-North), 13-084 for Education Planning Initiative (EPI), and 13-083 for Common Assessment Initiative (CAI). 2. Purpose or Objective(s). Each of the three projects (CAI, EPI, & the CCCTechCenter) has slightly different strategic, tactical, and audience requirements, however the overarching purpose is to increase awareness and usership of the projects and the programs each is supporting. Based on the marketing plans approved by the respective projects’ steering committees, the Contractor will work with the CCC Technology Center’s Director of PR & Marketing, and designated appointees, to develop and execute a marketing campaign which is highly secure, accessible, and scalable to reach the California Community College’s diverse population. 3. Scope of Work and Deliverables. Subcontractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities not otherwise provided by District as needed to perform the work as set forth below: There will be an ongoing effort by The RP Group (The Research & Planning Group for California Community Colleges) along with the marketing team and marketing partners to create, quantify, capture, and analyze marketing outcomes. Along with quantifiable data, the marketing firm evaluation rubric (available in section XVII) will be used to evaluate any future marketing partner's ability to work with the marketing team, be responsive to the marketing team's needs, and reach as well as influence stakeholders within the state's community college system. The contract between the District with the awardee of this RFP will be terminated based on the process described in the "Marketing Firm Evaluation Rubric" (henceforth "rubric") if the awardee of this RFP fails to meet the criteria outlined in the rubric.
