Implement the Incident Command System in a hospital evacuation. Establishing a Unified Command between Hospital IC and First Responders. Establish patient evacuation priorities and tracking. Ensure proper patient evacuation utilizing a variety of modes. Ensure patient accountability throughout all operation periods. Implement a safe and efficient transportation plan. Day One will include evaluating the Hospital's Emergency Operation Plan for interoperability with local Emergency Services. Hospital Executives will be able to determine the capabilities of hospital staff, as wells, the capabilities of Public Safety and EMS agencies for a hospital evacuation.
