Notes:
Calls to Action 1 2 Compelling 1 2 Relevant to page 2 2 Clear call to action
(1) Many calls to action are not compelling. (2) Not all pages have calls to action. (3) Where calls do exist, they are clear. (4) Many calls to action are hidden within the page text. (5) Calls to action are not easy to act upon. Example: I have to submit a long online application. Members may prefer smaller calls to action initially, e.g., want to prequalify for a loan or use a loan calculator before applying.
(1) Content supports calls to action most of the time where calls to action exist, but many pages don't have calls. (2) Did a pretty good job of telling me benefits not just features. (3) Some content makes minor emotional connections. (3) Certainly some useful information, but also lacking some very important info like like, "Why join Meridia CU" and "Why get an auto loan from Meridia CU." (5) Found a typo.
(1) Top navigation is simple, though aesthetically old-school. (2) Many pages do not structure content in an easily digestable manner, e.g., the home page.
Notes:
Technology 2 2 Speed 0 2 Mobile optimized
(1) Site speed seems fine. (2) The website is not usable on a mobile device. (3) The loan application process was a little choppy and buggy, but we realize this is the fault of the loan processor.
