PARTICIPATION AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT Mesquite Artisan Faire reserves the right to disallow participation of any vendor for violation of Mesquite Artisan Faire Rules and Regulations. Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell and agree to indemnify Mesquite Artisan Faire for any claims arising from the sale of any products, the failure to obtain any necessary licenses or permits or the negligence of any vendor or their employees, representatives or agents. FEES Nonrefundable Booth Fees: $120 We provide you 1 – 18”x72” seminar table and 1 chair; electricity is limited and available for an extra $15 FORFEITURES If you need to cancel your participation in the Faire, one week notice is required in order to receive a refund. Booth fees will not be refunded for cancellations less than one week prior to market or for no shows. Your fee is nonrefundable if the Faire cancels due to weather or other conditions beyond our control. RULES AND REGULATIONS By submitting and signing this 2014 Vendor Application, I hereby acknowledge that I have read the 2014 Mesquite Artisan Faire Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations for Arts and Crafts vendors. I agree that I have obtained all necessary licenses and permits to distribute or offer for sale all products listed on this application.
