During the meeting held on 0610512015, NFIR raised the issue that the present Civilian Ministerial Staff working in the RPF are to be replacedwith the staff belongingto RPF i.e. Force Personnelas laid down in para 276 (1) of RPF Rules. In the meeting,the Federationswere provided sanctioned strength of Ministerial Staff working in Zonal Railways,ICF & JR RPF Academy. ln the meeting, a decision was taken that the Railway Board would collect the information from all Zones,ICF & JR RPF Academy regarding actual strength and staff on roll grade-wiseafter implementationof cadrerestructuringeffective from I't November2013 clearly indicating their age profile etc. During the meeting;NFIR insisted that in the next meeting, to be convened after 10 to 15 days time, the issue of replacementof existing Ministerial Staff (Civilian) with RPF Personnelshouldbe discussed.The points raisedby the NFIR were however,agreedto be discussedin the next meetingwith all relevantdata.
