Creation of the Coordinating, Executive and Steer' Committees for the 1981 Ministry of Finance MOF Inter-Agency Sports Tournament
In consonance with Memorandum Circular No. 1130 of the Office of the President requiring all government agencies to institute and implement a continuing sports and physical fitness program for their officials and employees, and pursuant to Ministry Order No. 24-81 dated July 16, 1981 of this Ministry, the Coordinating, Executive and Steering Committees of the 1981 MOF Inter Agency Sports Tournament are hereby created as follows: 1981 MOF SPORTS COORDINATING COMMITTEE Atty. 2 The Committees shall plan, organize, direct and control the participating agencies in the said tournament to be hosted by the Finance Ministry Intelligence Bureau (FMIB) and such other physical fitness projects designed to establish closer relations and goodwill among the bureaus and offices under the Ministry of Finance. Attendance in the meetings and other activities of the Committees shall be on official time and members thereof shall be entitled to reasonable traveling expenses and other allowances provided for under existing regulations Chargeable against the appropriations of their respective bureaus and offices. Heads of bureaus and offices are requested to extend full assistance and cooperation to the Committees to ensure success in their programs. This Order shall take effect immediately and all concerned guided accordingly.
