RECLASSIFICATION OF MUNICIPALITIES IN METRO MANILA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Metro Manila Commission, Municipal Mayors, City Treasurers and Auditors (District III and IV), Municipal Treasurers and Others Concerned.
Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the following municipalities in Metropolitan Manila are hereby reclassified, effective July 1, 1978, on the basis of their average annual income actually realized during the last tour (4) consecutive fiscal years (1974-1977) as certified by the Commission on Audit under letter, dated July 23, 1979, as follows:

Furthermore, pursuant to Section 6 of the abovementioned Presidential Decree, the following First Class municipalities are hereby sub-classified as First Class A, B or C as indicated, likewise effective July 1, 1978, on the basis of their average annual income realized during the last two (2) consecutive fiscal years (1976-1977):

The foregoing classifications and sub-classifications shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of their respective annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of local government officials and employees in accordance with existing law and regulations.
