RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUUG IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1982 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region IX, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and Provincial Auditor of Zamboanga del Sur, the Municipal Mayor, the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Treasurer of Buug and Others Concerned.
Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the municipality of Buug in the province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby reclassified from Fifth to Third Class, effective July 1, 1982 on the. basis of its average annual income of Y554,437.7l actually realized during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (1978-1981), as certified by the Commission on Audit in its letter dated May 10, 1983. The foregoing classification shall be the basis for determining the maximum amounts expendable for salaries and wages, representation allowances, administrative aids and other statutory contributions in the adoption of the annual budgets, as well as the maximum salary rates of municipal officials and employees of Buug in accordance with existing law and regulations. This supplements Ministry Order No. 18-83 dated February 28, 1983, of this Ministry. By authority of the Minister:
