RECLASSIFICATION OF THE MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, EFFECTIVE JULY 17 1982 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 465.

The Regional Director for Local Government Finance, Region II, the Provincial Governor, the Sangguniang Pant lalawigan, the Provincial Treasurer and the Provincial Auditor; all of Davao del Norte, the Municipal Mayors, the Sangguniang Bayan, the Municipal. Treasurers involved; and Others Concerned.
Pursuant to Section 5 of Presidential Decree No. 465, the following municipalities in the province of Davao del Norte are hereby reclassified effective July 1, 1982, on the basis of their average annual income actually realised during the last four (4) consecutive calendar years (19781981), as certified by the Commission on Audit in its letters dated May 18,a$id 31, 1983, as follows; MUNICIPALITIES
