SUBJECT: Grant of additional authority to the Director for Local Government Finance to sign official papers and communications In the interest of the service, the Director for Local Government Finance shall sign "By Authority of the Minister" communications on the following ministerial matters: 1.
Action on requests for classification or reclassification of provinces, cities and municipalities on the basis of income certified by the Commission on Audit; and
2.
Action on salary adjustments of Assistant Provincial and City Treasurers and Assessors, Administrative Deputies, Chief Deputy Assessors, Deputy Provincial and Municipal Treasurers and Assessors, and Assistant Municipal Treasurers and Assessors on the basis of the criteria prescribed in the Circulars of the Joint Commission on Local Government Personnel Administration.
All existing Department Orders, Ministry Orders, Circulars, directives and/or_nue_oranda contrary to or inconsistent herewith ale hereby revoked, amended or modified accordingly. This order shall take effect immediately.
