Should have passed Secondary School Certificate Examination of Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board or its equivalent and should have passed “Surveyor” course conducted by the Government approved Industrial Training Institute or its equivalent institute. Should have passed MS-CIT & Computer Course in Auto CAD.

Experience

:

Should have minimum 2 years experience. Should have knowledge of Land Survey Measurement and handling Measuring Instruments, Calculation of Area, Land Demarcation etc.

The candidate should have worked with recongnized Advocate Clerk/ Court Clerk at High Court or Civil or Session Court at least for a period of 5 years experience.

General Conditions :1)

Candidates should submit their applications through website https://mmrda.maharashtra.gov.in from 14/9/2017 to 28/9/2017. Applications received by hand / by post will not be considered.

2)

Age, Qualification and Experience as on 28/09/2017 will considered valid. Qualification acquired afterwards will not be considered.

3)

Age Limit : 1) 43 years for reserve category and 38 years for Open Category. (No age limit for MMRDA employees) 2) Ex-Serviceman who have put in not less than six months continuous service in the Armed Forces are allowed to deduct from their age the length of continuous service in the Armed forces plus 3 years. 3) Age Limit upto 46 year for the part-time graduates/post graduates. 4) Age Limit upto 45 year for Handicappead/ Project Affected.

Applicant should be eligible as ex-servicemen for government service under GoM, GAD’s Circulars dated 10.10.1980 & 16.04.1981. As per GAD’s Government Order No.RTA-1090-22-CR.6-93-12 dated 08.06.1993, if ex-servicemen has taken benefit earlier of ex-servicemen scheme for government service, then he will not be treated eligible for a availment of the said benefit except age relaxation.

Candidates belonging to Ex-servicemen / Project Affected horizontal reserved category should submit their certificate issued by the competent authority of the same horizontal reserved category. Otherwise, applicant will not held eligible for benefit of the said scheme. It is essential to submit certified copy of discharge card by the ex servicemen. Under GoM, GAD, Government Order dated 02nd September, 1983, there is a provision to give appointment under exservicemen category to only one person from the families who have martyr during the service or become handicapped during the war and not found fit to perform the duties. Those who wanted to take benefit under this scheme should produce a certificate from District Sainik Welfare Officer to the effect that concerned ex-servicemen death certificate or the applicant is belonging from the said ex-servicemen family those who is now handicapped and do not perform any duties. Further, applicant should submit a true copy of affidavit made before Executive Magistrate that I am the member and no one as yet from the ex servicemen family has taken the benefit of ex servicemen scheme (however, preference/priority will be given for appointment to these applicants after considering the candidature of ex- servicemen who become handicapped during war period or service period). It is obligatory to submit affidavit of the family numbers live in prescribed format. Applicant’s third or subsequent child should not born after 28th March, 2006 (It is obligatory to submit the certificate by unmarried applicant).

The degree/diploma holders those who have worked part time on remuneration for three years in Government offices under GoM’s “Financal Assistance to Educated Unemployment Scheme” and made registration of their experiences in the “Employment Guidance Centre” are eligible for 10% reservation under Horizontal Reservation Scheme. The age limit of such part time degree/diploma holders are relaxed upto 46 years.

Handicapped candidate should possess 40% Disable Certificate from the competent Government Medical Officer of Government Hospital of the concerned reserved category.

8)

As per Govt. Resolution No.82/2001/. .T/2000/[email protected]/.2, >   25 , 2001 those who wants to apply under women reservation from open category are required to submit Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid till 31st March, 2018. All the terms & conditions in the said G.R. dated 25-05-2001 are binding upon for the women candidates.

If women candidate is not found under the horizontal reserved category, then the same post will be filled from men candidate under the same category.

10)

If the candidate is not available from the Horizontal reservation, the candidate will be filled in the same social category as per GAD Circular No.SRV-1097/C.R.31/98/16-A, dated 16.3.1999 and GAD Circular No.SRV1012/16/12/16-A, dated 13.8.2014.

11)

Candidate should have knowledge of Marathi language. (Candidate should submit S.S.C. Examination certificate.). Other wise they have to pass marathi examination as per the Government notification No.a#-1087/14/ T2/87/20, dated 30 December, 1987.

As per Government Rule 4 “A” of the Government notification No.SRV-2000/CR(17/2000)/Twelve, dated 28th March, 2005 , the Candidate should produce/submit an affidavit of having a small family.

13)

The Backward Class candidate should have Caste Certificate / Caste Validity Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Govt. Of Maharashtra and should produce/submit the same. If the Caste Validity Certificate is not available, it is binding to submit the Caste Validity Certificate within six months from the date of appointment, failing which, his/her selection/appointment on the post will automatically come to end with immediate effect without any communication.

14)

The reservation to Backward reserved Category is applicable only to the Backward Class candidates of Maharashtra State. The candidates are compulsorily required to produce/submit Domicile certificate of Maharashtra State without giving any reason.

15)

Candidate applying for the N.T(C),N.T.(D) and Other Backward Class should produce/submit Non Creamy layer Certificate valid till 31st March, 2018.

16)

Candidates are required to pass one of the certificate examinations of MS-CIT or CCC or O-level or A-level or Blevel or C- level which is compulsorily additional qualification for all posts. Accordingly,he/she should produce /submit a copy of the Certificate. If the candidate does not have such certificate, then he/she should pass the said Certificate Examination within two years from the date of appointment according to the GOM’s GAD,GR.No. Training 2000/C.R.61/2001/39, dated 19th March, 2003, failing which his/her services would be terminated with immediate effect without any communication.

The candidate already employed in Govt. Sector, should compulsorily produce/ submit his/her ‘No Objection Certificate from present employer.

18)

The experience certificate of only full time work will be considered. The experience of part-time/honorarium service will not be considered.

19)

The selection of the candidate is liable to be terminated/cancelled at any point of stage if the copies of certificate submitted by the candidate at the time of interview/selection or thereafter are found to be invalid, suspicious and/or incomplete.

20)

Number of Posts indicated in the advertisement may increase/decrease depending on our requirements.Accordingly reserved posts will be changed. Decision of the Competent Authority will be Final.

21)

Exmination fee (non-refundable), For Open category = Rs.300/- and Reserved category = Rs.150/-. The payment can be made by using credit card / debit card or net banking.

22)

Eligible candidate will have to undergo a competitive examination. Shortlisted candidates will have to submit their Educational Documents. Also, Demonstration test for the post of Land Surveyor will be conducted.

23)

The details of Exam and Syllabus will be published on MMRDA website, separately.

24)

Candidates will be shortlisted on the merit of each candidate with reference to number of applications received to the number of posts vacant.

25)

Waiting List prepared, if any, on the basis of Merit will be kept live for certain period depending on our requirement, however in any case, not beyond one year.

Recommendations and pressure for selection of candidates will not be entertained at any point of time. On the contrary, the said candidates who try to pressurize will be treated as ineligible for selection/appointment.
