General Terms & Conditions which are necessarily required to be fulfilled and scrupulously noted by all the candidates. Attested copies of the relevant certificates are required to be produced, at the time of aninterview if the candidate is shortlisted for the above mentioned post:1. Age attained, Qualification acquired and experience gained till the date of publication of this advertisement will be considered as valid. Qualification acquired afterwards will not be considered. 2. Officers working in Central/State/Semi Govt., PSU, LDBs organizations drawing prescribed same pay scale can only apply on the basis of the terms and conditions stipulated in GoM’s GAD GR bearing No. एसआर ी-2011/ . .137/ 12 dated 17.12.2016. Officers working in Central/State/Semi Govt., PSU, LDBs fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria are directed to send their application through proper channel. The candidates already employed in Govt. Sector or any organisation should compulsorily produce/submit his/her No objection Certificate from present employer at the time of interview. 4. Full time work experience only will be considered. Part-time/hourly basis/honorarium service will not be considered/counted. 5. It is mandatory to submit NOC, No Dues, No D.E. pending/proposed certificates and Last 5 years CR from their parent/present department as per Govt. Rule in this behalf, in case, if candidate is selected for appointment.

6. In case of recruitment by nomination/direct, candidates are required to pass MS-CIT or one of the certificate examinations of CCC or O-level or A-level or B-level or C- level which is compulsorily additional qualification for all posts. Accordingly, shortlisted candidates are required to produce a copy of the Certificate. If the candidate does not have such certificate, then he/she should pass the said certificate examination within two years from the date of appointment according to the GoM’s GAD GR No. Training 2000/ CR61/2001/39, dated 19th March, 2003. If the candidate fails to pass the said examination within the stipulated period, then his/her services would be terminated with immediate effect. 7. Candidates are required to produce “Small Family Declaration” as per Rule 4 “A” of the Government Notification No.SRV-2000/CR(17/2000)Twelve, dated 28 th March, 2005.

8. Candidates should have knowledge of Marathi language. (Candidate should produce S.S.C. Examination certificate.) If otherwise Candidate needs to clear the exam related to Marathi language as per Notification No. MBP/1087/CR-2/87/20, dated 30.12.1987 within the stipulated time limit. 9. Applications received in response to this advertisement will only be considered and any previous applications forwarded will not be considered.

10. In case of deputation employee, the terms and conditions stipulated in GoM’s GAD GR bearing No. एसआर ी-2011/ . .137/ 12 dated 17.12.2016 referred herein above as also Maharashtra Civil Services Rules in this regard will be made applicable.

11. Deputationists will be considered for one post above, depending upon their eligibility and experience.

12. Applicant working under Central/State/Semi Govt., PSU, LDBs on the equivalent pay scale and grade pay of the advertised post, can apply to this advertisement through proper channel. In case, if such candidate is not made available for deputation, one lower grade officer can be considered for appointment to this post. 13. After successful completion of probation period, atleast 5 years service is required to be completed to apply to this advertisement. 14. Those applicant’s recruitment has not been done according to the provisions of probation are required to complete atleast 7 years of regular service from the date of their appointment so as to apply for the post. 15. The officers on whom Departmental Enquiry is being conducted or proposed to be conducted and held liable for punishment under MCS Rule 1979, rule 8 as also on whom charges are levied under corruption/bribe/malpractices/IPC/civil cases are also not eligible to apply to any of the post. 16. Candidates will be shortlisted on the merit of each candidate with reference to number of applications received to the number of post vacant.

17. Only shortlisted/eligible candidates will be sent “Call letters” for interview and only selected candidates will be sent “Offer letter” for appointment. 18. Waiting list prepared, if any, on the basis of Merit after the interview, will be kept live depending upon the requirement, however, in any case, not beyond one year. 19. No reservation for isolated posts as per GAD GR. No. BCC-1097/C.R. 20/97/16-B, dated 21 September, 1998. 20. Recommendations and pressure for selection of candidates will not be entertained at any point of time. On the contrary, the said candidates who try to pressurize will be treated as ineligible for selection/appointment. 21. Selection of candidate subject to verification/confirmation of candidate’s original educational, experience and other certificates. If candidate fails to submit the required certificates within stipulated time, his/her selection will stand cancel from the select list/terminated the services.

22. The number of post indicated in the advertisement may change/vary depending on our requirements. This Authority reserves its right either to cancel/postpone the entire procedure in accordance with the advertisement or to cancel/postpone the advertisement, without any justification.
