In doing these calculations everyone seems to believe that  your Dual Wield % is around 78% at LvL 60.  So if you would  like to compare your 2Hnd to your Dual Wield these would  be the easy formulas to do it with.  H2H has it's DPS  decreased by 2.78% because it's skill cap is that much  lower than 1H and 2H Blunt.

Epic/SoS Combo should do 8.4%  more DPS than Tranquil Staff at LvL  60.  This does not take procs into  account.  With 2 T‐Staff procs a  minute the Epic/SoS combo only has  a 2‐4% advantage at 70 DPS, at 50  DPS the Epic/SoS combo only has a   0‐1% advantage.
