Time is Wealth  In the modern era of digital ecosystems, ​Time ​has  been established as the most valuable human capital  and it is this very time that we contribute every day  to some existing platforms.    Some of these platforms make wealth from your  digital footprints, and rarely if ever this wealth is  passed down to the hands of the users who are the  pillars of any substantially significant digital  economy.    So, remember time is most valuable wealth you  possess, essentially “Your Time is your Wealth”.

Preface  We are a global company with a mission for satisfying all the sports fans worldwide regardless of  their sports affinity, we are starting with Cricket as the first implementation and plan to rapidly  expand to other sports due to the plug n play nature of our custom built in house conversational  agent fondly known as Ganglia.

Introducing mTiME     “My Time” (mTime) ​is an ERC20 based cryptocurrency token representing a function of  monetized​ ​time spent by a particular user​ on the MACHAAO Platform.    These tokens are necessary to participate in the blockchain powered live prediction games called  “Challenges”​, in addition to availing premium services or content on the platform as a whole. 

What is a Challenge?  A Challenge is a Real Time Prediction Gaming Contest with varying levels of difficulties which one  can play along while watching or following any LIVE event.    We would want to take this opportunity to clarify that Challenges function as ​Games of Mere Skill  based on awareness and domain expertise​ and not as Games of Mere Chance where your  outcome is singularly dependent on a single predetermined question or luck plays a major factor in  the outcome.

What is the need for Challenges?  Remember the times when you made a series of winning forecasts during a LIVE event which were  not by mere chance but a reflection of your real time awareness and circumstantial domain  knowledge, but you never got reimbursed by that ever grateful challenger. 

Challenges on Blockchain  Smart Contracts serve as a perfect vehicle for executing decentralized & secure time bound trusted  peer to peer promises which serve a dual purpose of not only a binding agreement from  participating challengers but also provide a historic ledger of the transactions. 

How does it work?   The challenge can be initiated by a particular user aka “The Host” during a LIVE event by locking a  minimum of predetermined amount of mTiME tokens into an executable smart contract, thus  defining the minimum value “X” which is required to join the newly created challenge along with  other nominal properties such as number of participants, et al.    Any other challengers wishing to take part in the challenge would require a minimum of X mTiME  tokens to participate or join the blockchain version of a challenge.     The winner is decided by a Skill based Prediction Game and the winner with maximum number of  points get the escrowed mTiME minus a 10% service fee charged in mTiME tokens. 

THE ECONOMICS  The mTiME Economy is based on a simple assertion, that a percentage of the platform monetized  time will be given back to the user as a reward for performing various different monetized activities  on the platform.     The core concept also has been designed with an inclusive growth of the users in mind.     Let's take a look at details at some of the factors or variables affecting the mTiME economy.

Earn mTiME  Users can earn mTiME through time based incentivized algorithms such as:   ● Inviting a New Friend - Every invitation that is materialized and added to the user base for a  period of 7 days. Anything less is not rewarded  ● Watching a Rewarded Video Ad - Watching an advertisement video for a minimum of 60  seconds. Anything less is not rewarded

Backed by Revenue  Since mTiME is being awarded only on a monetized action performed by a user they are backed by  revenue value in fiat currency. 

Safety of Funds  Platform employees would not have access to user wallets.  

Users' Safety  Only account owners have access to their wallets. Passwords to accounts are not stored on the site,  with hashing used for fast login. Users can either store passwords to their wallets on the platform or  delete them for security reasons.
