Reporting User Manual

Introduction MyReport is use to generate report to help making decision for decision maker. There are two reports; Pivoting report and report creator. With myReport you can build report that can be customized to suit your need.

Pivoting Report A pivot table is a program tool that allows you to reorganize and summarize selected columns and rows of data in a spreadsheet or database table to obtain a desired report. Simply move the objects to the desired column or row section.

Pivot report can be exported to excel format by clicking export data button on the bottom left.

Report Creator Report Creator is a tool to create and configure dashboard. The dashboard created with Report Creator shall be displayed on the myDashboard section.

Step to create Dashboard 1. Click on

in report creator Menu. Choose New.

2. Fill in Dashboard Name, then click create.

Choose Stored Procedure and find store procedure that you need from the list. Then click Next. There are 3 store procedures that you can choose to build dashboard as following: RPT_ACTUALDATA_BYFUNCTION RPT_PLANDATA_BYFUNCTION RPT_ PLANDATA _vs_ACTUALDATA_BYFUNCTION

Reporting User Manual 4. Fill in value of the following parameters (@culture, @StartDate, @EndDate, @CompanyCode, @Function_ID). Then click Next.

5. After fill in the parameters then click button Finish. 6. Click Create then you ready to build your dashboard. 7. Choose chart type.

Reporting User Manual Configure Values, Arguments, Series, Hidden Dimensions (optional) and Hidden Measures (optional).

Using this part to configure the chart. You can find it when you click on the chart.

Pivot

A pivot table is a program tool that allows you to reorganize and summarize selected columns and rows of data in a spreadsheet or database table to obtain a desired report. A pivot table doesn't actually change the spreadsheet or database itself.

Grid

Chart

a sheet of information in the form of a table, graph, or diagram.

Pie

a type of graph in which a circle is divided into sectors that each represent a proportion of the whole

Scattered Chart Two or three dimensional chart in which the density and direction of the plotted points indicates the type of relationship (or a lack thereof) between dependent and independent variables. Also called scatter diagram, scatter graph, or scatterplot.

Gauge

Gauge charts are used to display the value of a single expression without dimensions. The gauge chart types enable you to see a single numerical value mapped against a range of colors. These colors could have particular business meaning or business logic. As the value changes over time, the gauge marker changes position within this range.
