Pl 221 Plan Strategies The counselor meets with all students individually twice a year. Meetings are used to provide students with information and track progress towards graduation. Students who are not performing at grade level are provided alternative learning opportunities in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 intervention. Students receive these remediation opportunities during lab classes, IMPACT, Intersession, and credit recovery courses.
