2015 QC YMCA CRASH TRAINING AND SEARCH FOR OUTSTANDING CAMPUS JOURNALISTS OF QUEZON CITY

1. The YMCA of Quezon City, lnc. will conduct the 2015 Crash Training and Search for Outstanding.Campus Journalists of Quezon City on October 22, 2015 at Eulogio Rodriguez, Jr. High School, Mayon Avenue, Brgy. NS Amoranto, Quezon City from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Selected students or prospective participants to the Regional Secondary Schools Press Conference are expected to participate in this annual activity.

lndividual writing contests both English and Filipino include the following:

a) Editorial Writing, b) Feature Writing, c) News Writing, d) Sports Writing e) Copy Reading and Headline Writing, f) Editorial Cartooning and g) Digital Photo Journalism

4. To help defray the expenses of this worthwhile

project, each participant will be assessed a minimal registration fee of Eighty Pesos (P80.00) only.

The attached information sheets contain the objectives of the Crash Training and Search, contest guidelines and program of activities.

6. ln view of the laudable objectives of this major aclivity of the YMCA

of

Quezon City, this Office encourages the participation of the Hi-Y Club and school paper advisers as well as the selected student-participants of both public and private high schools in this Division.
