il2il "The Promotions earned by the applicants (Accounts Assistants) as Stock Verifier are to be ignored for the purpose of granting financial upgradation under MACPS as per Para 5 of the Scheme. The Staff placed as Stock Verifier from amongst Accounts Assistants are therefore eligible for financial upgradation in the next GradePay under MACPS in the hierarchy. 4. NFIR is disappointed to state that the issue of resolving anomalies rising out of implementation of MACP Scheme for various categoriesof Railway Employees was raised by NFIR in the fuIl Board Meeting held on 7th February, 2014 with the Federations (minutes wherein it was decidedthat specif,rcissuesof MACP where there is circulatedon 1810212014) merit for acceptancewould be identified by the Federations and communicated to Board for holding separatediscussion with the MS and FC. It is worth mentioning that the NFIR has already provided list of anomaliesrelating to MACPS, unfortunately the meeting at the level of MS and FC has not been arransed -*urnso far. requests the Railway Board to issue instructions to grant NFIR therefore, on.. placed as such from amongstAccounts Assistants,both being in GP Verifier MACP to the Stock 42001-.A copy of the instructionsissuedmay be endorsedto the Federation.
