Members availing category ‘A’ lease line (multiple scenario) or availing co location facility are advised to subscribe to market data broadcast from both streams. One scenario to be configured for Stream 1 broadcast and another scenario for Stream 2 broadcast. In case of single scenario, members can subscribe to Stream 1 or Stream 2 and if they experience any issues with one stream, members are advised to subscribe to the other stream. Annexure – 1 Configuring NSE Broadcast Server for new stream a) Add details corresponding to the new streams in the fields Host, Receiving UDP Port No, Receiving Multicast Address, Sending UDP Port No. b) The value for Receiving UDP Port No is 10877 and Receiving Multicast Address is 239.50.50.77 for new stream. c) The value for Sending UDP Port No will have to be decided internally by the member. d) The field Host should contain the value Host0, Host1 etc… in sequentially incrementing form of 1. e) After entering details press the button Add/Modify to add the new set of values. f) The status of feed can be checked by invoking the statistics option. NEAT+CDS Users In case of any outage in market data from the primary feed, NEAT+CDS users can receive the data from the parallel feed by subscribing to the sending UDP port number corresponding to the parallel feeds on the terminal. Same can be configured by changing the Port ID and Multicast address. The value for Receiving UDP Port No is 10877 and Receiving Multicast Address is 239.50.50.77 for new stream CTCL/NNF users Members using CTCL/NNF software can make the necessary changes to receive parallel feed in their software and also build Internal mechanisms/processes to handle outage of any one of the streams in auto or manual mode.
