TRAINING CONTRACT FOR BACHELOR STUDENT One. General A contract of study is represented on behalf of the Mongolian University of life Sciences .......................................... ...... the head of the school ......................................... family ..........................................., consultant teacher ... ...................... family ..........., on the other hand .................................... ......... professional .................................... class ... ......................... code ........................ ................ surname ................................. ..... / hereinafter referred to as students /, have been established based on the Civil Code of Mongolia, the Law on Education of Mongolia, the Law on Higher Education and the Mongolian University of Life Sciences Law and regulations. Two. Obligations of the school 1. Organize trainings in accordance with the training plan and curriculum, and provide graduates with appropriate knowledge and skills, 2. Introducing students to the Mongolian University of Life Sciences and other relevant rules, regulations and instructions, 3. Renewal of the study contract annually, extend, 4. Students will be provided with appropriate procedures in the classroom, student dormitories, sports hall, library, internet service, 5. Five. Student rights 1. Be provided with regular learning, improve degree of education, 2. Choose from other subjects that are optional for study planning, 3. Pay extra tuition when studying uninsured courses in the training plan 4. If the Rector's Certificate of Acceptance is issued for three consecutive years, the fee shall be reduced by 20% 5. Financial estimation 1. Percentage of student tuition fee will be paid within 5th of September and the remainder will be paid into "Khan Bank" 5070 04 75 64 within 05th of February. 2. Conditions of termination 1. The contract shall be terminated if the student fails to pay his tuition within the time specified in the contract. 2. Failure to terminate the school's internal rules or regulations. 3.
