TERMS AND CONDITIONS By booking a Grassroutes trip you agree to the following terms and conditions laid down by Grassroutes Journeys Pvt. Ltd., when at the village campsite --I agree to abide by the written and oral instructions, directions, rules and warnings issued by the village tourism committee, management, employees, representatives or agents of Grassroutes Journeys Pvt. Ltd. I agree to not indulge in consumption of alcohol or smoking or drugs while in the village or in the tent. If I am seen handling, consuming or appear under the influence of any illegal substances the organizing committee have the right to deny me entry and ask me to leave the premises, any amount of money ​ given as booking etc. to Grassroutes will be forfeited. If there are any accidents or mishaps to the property or people around due to drinking, smoking or any substance, I will be solely held legally responsible for the same and will have to pay for the damages. I am fully aware of the possible risks involved and accept the same, notwithstanding the fact that this trip/activity/camp is intended only for those without medical problems and who are fit enough to indulge in physical activities. I confirm that I am enrolling on my own volition and I shall not hold the village tourism committee, Grassroutes Journeys Pvt. Ltd responsible or in any way liable for my death, injury, disability or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the trip/activity/camp or my participation therein. I agree to indemnify and defend the village tourism committee and/or Grassroutes Journeys Pvt. Ltd against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees, and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use of or presence at the trip/activity/camp or my participation therein. I have read this waiver/release, and understand all of its terms and conditions. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. I understand that it will be binding, not only on me, but also on my heirs, next of kin, successors, executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns. I agree that, even though I may not live in India, the laws of the Republic of India and the by-laws govern this waiver of liability and release of claims and will be enforceable in any court of law. I consent to the above applicant who is my child/ward participating in the above trip/activity/camp and accept all legal and other responsibilities connected with the trip/activity/camp, as outlined above. Ltd, it’s management, staff and team members and organizers of the event fully indemnified against all claims, loss or damage whatsoever in respect of my child’s/ward’s death, injury, disability or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause in connection with the trip/activity/camp or his/her participation therein.
