*IDIQ (indefinite demand, indefinite quantity); Process - individual need and budget are identified within the Customer’s Agency and a statement of work (SOW) is drafted; a CORE RQS/CDOT Shopping Cart is submitted using the process identified in Note #1 below. The SOW is quoted among the IDIQ vendors, vendors provide responses which are reviewed and selected (by Customer and OIT) based on their response to meet the specific need and pricing. Process documents may differ slightly for each IDIQ EA. Notes: #1 - When needing the "X" categories Customers (State Agencies), through CORE and SAP (CDOT), should enter an RQS with the vendor name of OIT (Governor’s Office of Information Technology) and clearly identify in the RQS the OIT Enterprise Agreement Name or Vendor Name; once the RQS is approved, the Customer (State Agency) will send an Interagency Purchase Order (IAPO) or Interagency Agreement (IA) to OIT. OIT will invoice the Customer who will pay OIT to provide funding for OIT to process a purchase order or contract/task order on behalf of the Customer. Managed Services do not require an RQS.
