Release 12.1.3: Validate New Salary against Grade Range • New Salary can be automatically validated against employee’s grade range (i.e. grade min and max values) • Simple configuration step in Plan Administration for the current plan cycle • Select 'Error' (system errors if New Salary amount is outside of grade range) or 'Warning' (warning is given if New Salary amount is outside of grade range). Note: Warning allows the changes to be saved Values 'Error' and 'Warning' must be selected every plan cycle • Only available for salary-based plans
