Project Adventure & Social and Emotional Learning PROJECT ADVENTURE
How your organization can experience social and emotional learning.
SEL Professional Development for Educators Project Adventure professional development trainings support SEL practices, system initiatives, and shared leadership through experiential learning activities creating opportunities for transference and application throughout the school day. We offer SEL PD at schools or onsite for classroom and physical education teachers, administrators, and specialists that enhance climates, strengthen relationships, and promote the teaching and learning of social and emotional competencies.
SEL Programs for Students Project Adventure programs at schools or onsite to promote SEL, leadership, communication skills, and a growth mindset approach. We offer anywhere from one-day trainings along with ongoing programs for student groups, advisories, PE for school collaboratives, and out of school and recess time.
SEL School-wide Consulting Project Adventure offers a wide range of consulting services around SEL implementation within school settings. We provide consultation and trainings, along with measures to explore SEL effectiveness and sustainability that align with system-wide goals and initiatives.
Partnership with Panorama Project Adventure’s new collaboration with Panorama offers a social-emotional learning and school climate assessment tool aligned with our programming. For SEL assessment aligned with Project Adventure initiatives, Panorama and Project Adventure recommend utilizing their survey scales which measure the social-emotional skills and aspects of positive school climate fostered by Project Adventure’s “hands-on” SEL programming.
Mindfulness Trainings Project Adventure offers mindfulness practices linked to physical, cognitive and emotional well-being. Our professional development workshops and seminars introduce mindfulness practices for educators. The mindful and grateful practices and activities introduced in these workshops can be transferred and implemented at home, work and within the classroom.
