Selection Process First Round – Online test (Objective) a) Consist of 15 to 30 questions b) Time duration : 25 to 40 minutes c) It contains questions to test person’s basic intelligence, aptitude and logical reasoning skills
Second round - Written test a)
Programming Test (using C or C++ or C# or Java or PHP or Python or algorithm or pseudo-code) b) It checks more on person’s ability to program and to solve a problem rather than syntactical/grammatical checks of any particular programming languages c) Time duration : 30 to 40 minutes
Third round - Technical + HR Interview P.N : Each round is elimination round. To qualify for the next round, candidate has to clear the previous one.
Training Programme for fresher's Selected candidates will be offered an intensive training from Paramatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He/she has to undergo following process for the period of three (3) Years. Phases of Training period: • • • • • •

Training Phase: This is an intensive training programme for a period of 6 months. Your position will be Trainee Software Engineer. A trainee may undergo in-lab as well as on-site training on many software technologies. Probation Phase: Next six months would be of Probation period. Your position will be Associate Software Engineer. Based on Trainee’s assessed capabilities, opportunities to work on live projects and learn various industrial practices in the field of software development, testing, documentation and support will be provided. Regular Employment Phase: Your position will be Associate Software Engineer. Based on your assessed skills, you would be assigned various live projects.

Legal / Employment Bond • Objective: • It gives a guarantee towards your association with our company.
• Process: • Selected candidate has to sign a Legal / Employment Bond amounting Rs. 2 Lakh (Two Lakh) for a tenure of 3 years. • The Bond needs to be signed within 15 days of accepting the offer letter.

Figures mentioned above are max figures and applicable for TOP performers of the Year. Depending on Performance Ratings the Compensation Package would vary.
