Day 1- April 13 4:00am – Meet at YLHS Band Room 4:30am – Depart for LAX via school bus 7:00am – Depart for Honolulu via Hawaiian Airlines Flight XXXX 11:10am – Arrive in Honolulu 2:30pm – Stop by supermarket across the street from Ohana East Hotel for breakfast items 4:00pm Check-In Hotel Ohana East Hotel 6:30pm – Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe, Honolulu 9:00pm – Walking Tour 10:00pm – Lights Out Day 2 - April 14 9:00am – Meet in Hotel Lobby 9:30am – Depart for Hanauma Bay (Snorkeling) or Dole Plantation Tour 1:00pm – Lunch on own near hotel 4:30pm – Depart for Germaine's Luau 10:00pm – Lights Out Day 3 - April 15 6:45am – Meet in Hotel Lobby 7:00am – Depart for Diamond Head Hike 12:00pm – Lunch on own near hotel/ Get ready for performance 2:30pm – Meet in Hotel Lobby with instruments/music/ dressed in performance attire 4:30pm – Perform at Royal Hawaiian Center 6:00pm – Dinner 10:00pm – Lights Out Day 4 - April 16 6:00am – Depart for Pearl Harbor Memorial Site 12:00pm – Lunch Cheeseburger in Paradise 1:00pm – Get ready for performance 3:15pm – Meet in Hotel Lobby with instruments - music/ dressed in performance attire 5:00pm - Ala Moana Center Stage Performance 6:00pm – Dinner at Ala Moana 8:30pm – Return to Hotel (Pack) 10:00pm – Lights Out
Day 5 - April 17 10:45am – Meet in Hotel Lobby 11:00am – Catamaran Ride in Groups 1:00 pm - Lunch 3:00pm – Return to Hotel to Pack 4:00pm – Meet in Hotel Lobby with all baggage and instruments for Pizza Dinner 5:30pm – Depart for Honolulu Airport 6:30pm – Arrive at Honolulu Hawaii Inter-Island Terminal 8:45pm – Depart for LAX Hawaiian Airlines Flight XXXX Day 6 - April 18 5:00am – Arrive at LAX 7:00am – Depart for Yorba Linda High School via school bus 8:00am – Arrive at Yorba Linda High School What NOT to bring: expensive items, expensive jewelry, poor behavior What TO bring: Instrument(We will rent big instruments from island), Band Polo/Guard tank, Beach attire, flip flops, concert attire (blue jeans/ Polo/dinkles)
Cost per student(based on 100 students): $2,000 (The goal is to keep under 2K) May Include: 2 Performances Airfare- Hawaiian Air 3 Dinners: Hard Rock, Germaine's Luau, Pizza Pearl Harbor Tour Catamaran Ride Transportation to & from Airport
Hotel- Ohana East Hotel ( 4 per room, 2 per bed) Big Instrument Rental Dole Plantation or Haunama Bay Transportation on the island
