Home-based Frequently Asked Questions Q: What is the email I should use on Alive in Christ to submit e-assessments? [email protected] Q: When are assessments due each week? Assessments are due Saturday of each week. Q: What should I do if I forget my password or account information on Alive in Christ, or if I am having trouble with my account in general? Please contact Our Sunday Visitor’s Tech Support at 877-812-1506 or [email protected]. Q: If a situation arises that causes my child to send in e-assessments late, what should I do? Please email Camilla MacKenzie, the Home-based Coordinator, at [email protected] as soon as possible so that she can make a note on your child’s records for missing assessments. Q: My child just misspelled a word on an assessment. Will it be counted wrong? The Alive in Christ system will mark it incorrect. However, we manually check the answers of each assessment , so it will not affect the final score.
