sites.google.com/site/parkplacecardiff/forms Park Place Dog Tags are currently $15 for each dog. There is a strict maximum of 4 dogs per household, and all dogs must live in the same home.

Process to Obtain a Dog Tag: 1) Current proof of residency (cable, utility, or water bill) with your name and the Park Place address. 2) A check made payable to Park Place HOA. 3) A copy of your ‘Certification of Valid Dog license’ from the county. (Note: this is not the receipt.) 4) Fill out the form below completely.

If you are a renter, you should get your pool entrance card and bathroom key from the owner. If you just bought a house/townhome, you should get your pool entrance card and bathroom key from the previous owner. It might save you money to try to get the pass and key from them first, before paying here. (The $50 is the amount we actually pay for the pass and key. It is never our intent to make any profit from this.)

Process to Obtain a Pool Pass and Bathroom Key: 1) Current proof of residency (cable, utility, or water bill) with your name and the Park Place address. 2) A check made payable to Park Place HOA for $50. 3) A self-addressed and stamped envelope. 4) Fill out the form below completely so we can get in touch with you regarding your request.
