5) Our learnings Join us on our journey and work with us in figuring out ways to create impact with all the inherent contradictions of the world.
1. Living our values: The constant struggle of having a ‘militant’ based approach vs a ‘nudge’ based approach when it comes to neighbourhood issues of garbage, water & sanitation. 2. Fear of unpopular decisions : ‘’You can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you can’t please all of the people all of the time’’. ● Process Vs Output. ● Long Term Vs Short Term ● Fun Vs Seriousness ● Idealism Vs Realism We have learnt and are learning to coexist with the contradictions of this space and pursue our mission. 3. Need to be more assertive: Sometime our lack of assertion has been taken for granted by some internal & external stakeholders.
