GEORGETOWN-SCOTT COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION Excerpt from the Subdivision and Development Regulations Updated 12/19/2013 -APPENDIX IV PRELIMINARY PLAT/PLAN REQUIREMENTS AND CHECK LIST At a minimum, and in conformance with all standards found in Articles IV & VI, the following information shall be included on the Preliminary Plat/Plan unless accompanied by a request for waiver. Items are discussed in more detail in Articles IV and VI. This checklist shall not be considered a substitute for a careful review of Articles IV and VI. The developer will be expected to comply with all applicable requirements found in these regulations. CHECKLIST FOR BOTH PLATS AND PLANS Note: Fee should be paid with application. Comments on the preliminary plat or plan must be addressed and returned with three full size revised plats or plans and three 11” x 17” reductions by the corrections deadline listed on the Planning Commission Application Deadline Calendar.
