Chemistry and I have been purchasing various review guides and tools. These flashcards are a waste of money. Most of them are just definitions. For example: what is the meaning of stoichiometry? Or what is the formula for ammonium nitrate? What I was hoping for were some flashcards that would help with practicing chemical reactions. You would be better off making 20 or 30 of your own flashcards for the A.P. test. If any A.P. student cannot identify the name for a beaker, or buret, you shouldn't bother taking the test anyway! Make no mistake there are a few good cards here, but probably less than 20 out of 500. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. If you are going to eventually take the American Chemistry Associations test at any point these cards are over informed and I just do not see how they apply to high school chemistry left alone college chemistry. Because the way the information is structured and the type of cards it leaves holes in information. Like many of the ions and poly ions are left out and that is heavily tested on the ACA test and just so you know if you study for the ACA test you will pass the AP test. The ACA sets the standards world wide for chemistry testing... You cannot call yourself a chemists without passing the ACA tests. See all 6 customer reviews...
