Canyon Crest Academy Foundation POSITION EMAIL LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS As a board member or liaison to the CCAF, you will be assigned a Google email address specific to your position. Position emails receive automatic ‘Smart Actions’ or notifications of donations, attainment of donation milestones, and prompts for sending donor recognition. Your email will be through our Foundation domain, canyoncrestfoundation.org. Please follow the steps below to access your new position email. 1) You will receive an email from CCAF with your position email and your temporary password. 2) Go to Google https://www.google.com/webhp?source=search_app and click on the blue “Sign In” button in the upper right corner of the screen:

. 3) If you already have another Gmail, you may see your Gmail address there and will have to select “Use another account”:

4) If you are already logged into another Gmail account, click your image icon (for example, the purple circle with the “L” as pictured here) and click “Add an account”:

. 5) Both the “Choose an account” (outlined in item number 3 above) and the “Add an account” (outlined in item number 4 above) screens lead to this sign-in screen (below left), where you will be prompted to enter your email (enter your position email here) then hit “Next”, and then enter your password (enter your temporary password here), then hit “Next”:

. 6) Then create your own, unique password for this position email:

7) There will be some account recovery information that will be requested, since this is the first time you are logging into the account. Once you have completed that, you will get to this screen (below), where you will click on the “Mail” icon in the upper right corner:

. 8) You can also navigate to the Google Drive, Calendar, etc. pages by clicking the nine dot icon in the upper right hand corner, then clicking on the Drive, Calendar, etc. icons that drop down:

. 9) In Google Drive, there are already folders that have been shared with your position emails, depending upon your position. For example, Board members will have the CCAF Board Documents folder shared with them. This folder contains monthly meeting documents. This is where you upload your monthly report, if you are filing one:
