Board Business  Ken motioned to approve the Sept, Oct, and Jan minutes. Colin seconded, all in favor. Projects and Funding  Snow removal for the trail historically not funded, could be very costly.  Karen may organize art show for Patricia at Museum of Contemporary Art  Museum of fine art will be featuring spiral jetty, other environmental art in “Artlandish.” Sally asked them to include The Draw, but they declined because it’s not finished yet.  Dodo Dash is being moved to the fall Project Updates Tanner Park (2300 East) – Sugar House Park (1700 East)  Sally raised concern about enough sun to melt ice/snow, and crime. These were addressed in the design as much as possible, including sight lines.  Should have construction updates – website, email, etc. Sugar House Business District  Traffic study to be done. Colin is involved.  Boulder has made several plans that only leave room for sidewalk. Colin is still pushing.  Juan is going to speak at next Sugar House Chamber of Commerce meeting State Street – 300 West  Winco breaking ground next month or two, open by Thanksgiving.  Downtown master plan between State St and I-15 going to become greenway district. The trail may possibly go straight through with no turns depending on possible UTA rail realignment). Going to council soon for approval.  Colin will send Alex temporary wayfinding sign design 900 West – Jordan River Parkway  Waiting for submittals/specs for 600 West bridge  Site visit – UDOT and UTA like idea for 900 West bridge, tunnel under Trax  UDOT completed rough preliminary plan. Estimate at $5-6 million in year 2019. Friends of The Draw  Mary Kay and Nate applied for a $25k Rails to Trails Conservancy grant.  Sego Lily needs to be started by June per state engineer
