Preschool Registration Application 2007-2008 School Year Preschool registration for the 2007-2008 school year begins on March 1, 2007. St. Mark’s Preschool has an open enrollment policy and spaces become reserved on first-come first-served basis until the school reaches maximum enrollment. At that time, a waiting list is established and maintained throughout the year. Our preschool year is September 4, 2007 – May 29, 2008. Requirements: Children must be:
2 years 6 months by September 4th ;
Fully potty trained (manage all aspects of toileting needs independently-no Pull-Ups);
Up to date with all required immunizations (cannot begin school without current record);
Complete and return all paperwork required by the State of California, Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing (#480101342) and St. Mark’s Preschool. Please read the entire St. Mark’s Preschool Admission Agreement prior to registering your child. In order to reserve your child’s space, please complete the attached application form and return it to the director. There is a $90.00 annual registration fee that is due upon enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable and applications cannot be processed without payment. Classes are configured according to age on the first day of enrollment: 2.6-3.2 years of age, 3.3-3.11 years of age, and Pre-K, 4-5 years of age by Sept. 4, 2007.
