K-12 PRINCIPAL/STUDENT SERVICES DIRECTOR The Beecher-Dunbar-Pembine School District is seeking a qualified candidate for a K-12 Principal and Student Services Director position. BDP School District is a small rural district in Northeastern Wisconsin that prides itself in providing quality education to all students. The appropriate administrative licenses from the Wisconsin Dept. of Public Instruction are required. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to dean of students/K-12 principal, special education director, curriculum development, and a working knowledge of the balanced literacy approach to reading and writing. Our district currently implements the Partnerships in Comprehensive Literacy Framework for reading, writing, and all content areas. Candidate should demonstrate knowledge about research-based instructional strategies, balanced assessments and the ability to coach and develop employees in these areas.
