PROOF OF RESIDENCY Thursday, April 20, 2017

Parents and Guardians, It is time to provide proof of residency within the Julia Lee Moore Elementary School zone so that we may begin preparing for the 2017-18 school year. If your child will be attending JLM next year, please provide our office with proof of residency. You may provide a copy of your April or May Conway Corp bill or your Center Point Energy bill.

 Make sure both the parent or guardian’s name and service address are printed on the copy of the bill you send to the office.  Please write your child/children’s name(s) on the bill along with their teacher’s name.  Please send this information to the school office by Tuesday, May 23, 2017.  If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 450-4830.  Failure to provide address verification will result in your child not being placed on a JLM class list for the 2017-18 school year. It could also cause your child to be placed on an overflow list which would make them attend another elementary school in Conway next year.
