Approval  of  Agenda   IV. Approval  of  Minutes   V. Announcements   a. EIT(Engineer  in  Training,  AKA  FE  exam)  sign  ups  for  April  14,  2012  test  are  now-­‐ Feb.  23,  2012.   b. Congratulations  to  California  Maritime  (Vallejo)  Beta  Epsilon  on  their  recent   establishment  of  their  chapter.     VI. Officer  Reports   a. President   i. New  eligible  student  list  is  available.  Waiting  on  list  of  student  emails  to   send  information  out.  We  need  at  least  15  students  initiated.   1. Need  new  initiates  so  they  can  also  vote  for  office.  New  offices  will   take  place  end  of  April.   b. Vice  President   i. Discuss  dates  for  initiations   ii. Discuss  dates  for  2012-­‐2013  voting   c. Treasurer   i. Check  status  of  non-­‐profit  request  with  IRS   ii. Discuss  filing  taxes  for  2011   d. Secretary   i. Compile  tutor  schedule   e. AESB  Representative   i. Meeting  Friday,  January  27,  2012   1. No  meeting  happened.     VII. Committee  Reports   a. Industry  Committee   i. Setting  up  Mr.  Zimmerman,  CEO  Monogram  Systems.  Tuesday,  March  6.     Will  need  to  arrange  publicity:  flyers,  email  from  Leanne,  etc.   1. Aerospace  company.  Bill  John’s  boss.     b. Outreach  Committee   i. Anything?   c. Fundraising  Committee   i. Replenish  food  counter?    Verify  what  we  sold  and  consider  any  other   options.   ii. Chris  will  go  to  Costco  this  week.     iii. Found  a  mini-­‐fridge  for  $40.     1. Alternative:  does  anyone  have  a  mini  –  fridge.     iv. More  signs/advertising  for  store.     d. Social  Committee   i. Pizzamania?   ii. Other  options?   e. Webmaster   i. Nominations  of  2  students  to  apply  for  PTS  scholarships.  Natalie  will  send  a  ballot  for  you  to  nominate  any   members  you  feel  should  be  put  up  for  the  award.  (4  -­‐  $1000,  4  -­‐  $250).  Deadline  for  application  is  February   10!   i. Need  to  vote  by  Wednesday  February  1st.     c. Officers  and  myself  will  be  applying  for  2  Chapter  Scholarships.   d.
